#7: Emerald City NOTD

I've always been kind of scared to wear darker green nail polish...it makes me feel kind of "witchy." This one has been sitting in my collection for a cool minute now...and here it is.. Revlon's Matte Suede in Emerald City. The finish is really different from any other polish that I own but I didnt photograph it before top coat..woops. Anywho, I really do like it. Not quite a "summer color" but I never live by the rules ;) lol my hands and cuticles are not with it right now lol..I have to work with my hands at work
and wash them CONSTANTLY hahha

oh yeah and not to confuse anyone the numbered posts with "#" are my regular post...not related to the challenge which you can read about here.

#5: Downtown LA

I hit up downtown with my sister and her boyfriend this sunday, looking for her prom dress. Mission accomplished, and it only took her about 40 minutes, ahha. I didn't pick up much, but I did want to share with you all this bargain. I found a lady selling rings for $1, or 12 for $10. I chose these out with the help of my sister who will most likely be borrowing, lol.

And this little froggy was my favorite!
The band opens up on nearly all the ones I bought which is helpful for me, since I have chubby fingers :)
And here is my favorite purchase of the day....a bacon wrapped hot dog lol.

#2: REVLON® MATTE LIPSTICK

Well, allow me to say that this past year, or year and a half Ive become a HUGE Revlon® fan. Their colorstay liquid foundation was the only foundation I would put on my face, until I met MAKE UP FOR EVER's High Definition Foundation, but that's for another post. Anyway, tonight I picked up two of their matte lipsticks. I'd only ever purchased the colorstay ones with the quilted looking packaging. To keep it short, the lipstick are truly matte and have a nice and creamy texture. I loved the overall application but my one complaint was that they weren't as lightweight as they advertise on their website. I kind of felt them sitting on my lips, if that makes any sense? They are quite vibrant and great for the price.
